Generally, firms will offer the client a credit for fees already paid, if the search is not completed or not completed in a satisfactory manner, however, they never refund the money paid.
We are so confident in our ability to provide desirable results for our clients that we have instituted the search industry's first and only retained search firm policy to refund money to the client at the thirty percent level. This guarantee is intended to minimize our client's investment at risk, as we feel it is fair to jointly share in the risk. Action Human Technologies, LLC will refund thirty percent of the client's initial retainer upon request, within the first thirty days of the search, for any reason.
